Hero’s Foundation – The Starting Point ($150 per session)

Every journey begins with understanding your story. The Hero’s Foundation package starts with a 90-minute intake session and a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. We’ll explore your strengths, support systems, and challenges to create a roadmap that fits your needs.

Perfect for new clients or anyone seeking direction, this foundation helps you clarify where you’ve been and where you want to go next.

Grounded Path – Building Emotional Regulation ($150 per session)

The Grounded Path focuses on strengthening your emotional regulation skills and creating safety within your body and mind. Using trauma-informed interventions, mindfulness techniques, and creative storytelling, you’ll learn to manage triggers, calm your nervous system, and respond rather than react.

Ideal for those managing trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress, this package helps you develop practical, sustainable coping strategies.

Connected Path – Deepening Insight and Relationships ($150 per session)

Once you’ve built your foundation, the Connected Path explores how your past experiences shape your relationships, communication, and sense of self. We’ll work to improve boundaries, deepen self-compassion, and strengthen authentic connections with others.
